TL;DR
Marketing Designer (AI/Graphic Design): Producing campaign assets and research report layouts using AI-assisted design tools with an accent on speed, brand quality, and data visualization. Location: Remote (US). Currently unable to hire in Quebec Province, Northern Ireland, and Hawaii.
Salary: $73,120 – $109,680

What you will do
- Produce campaign assets across multiple formats, including digital ads, email headers, social graphics, and presentation decks.
- Design and maintain the layout for monthly research reports, translating structured data and narrative copy into publication-ready designs.
- Own and expand the self-service template library in Canva and Figma to enable other teams to produce routine assets.
- Execute asset variants at scale across various channel sizes using AI-assisted tools.
- Handle basic social animations for Instagram Reels and LinkedIn using Canva Animate and Runway.
- Collaborate with Brand and Demand teams on creative briefs, feedback, and production timelines.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of design experience in a marketing or in-house creative environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and experience in data visualization design.
- Active experience with Adobe Firefly and fluency in Canva AI tools.
- Working knowledge of Figma for building and maintaining templates.
- Strong fundamentals in layout and typography, specifically for making dense information readable.
- Must be based in the United States (excluding Hawaii).
Nice to have
- Basic animation experience with Canva Animate, Runway, Pika, or Adobe After Effects.
- Fundamentals of motion graphics to reduce dependency on external contractors.
- B2B or SaaS design experience, particularly for HR and compensation audiences.
