What you will do

  • Lead high-impact creative projects across multiple departments and act as a key project manager to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Collaborate with Growth, Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to develop strategic creative initiatives for acquisition and retention.
  • Drive execution of brand campaigns, digital assets, product education materials, and sales enablement resources.
  • Manage priorities, allocate resources, and oversee workflows to balance multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Translate business objectives into clear creative strategies that support revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Facilitate collaboration between internal designers, writers, and external agencies to optimize project efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in brand design, marketing campaigns, and creative direction, preferably in B2B or SaaS.
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), and After Effects.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in branding and high-impact digital marketing assets.
  • Deep understanding of design's role in marketing, sales enablement, and lead generation.
  • Ability to integrate data insights into creative decision-making to improve campaign success.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with UI/UX principles and responsive design.
  • Previous experience in a sales enablement or product marketing capacity.
  • Track record of designing and testing AI-generated creative assets.
