What you will do

• Own and evolve the marketing design language across campaigns, channels, and global markets to ensure visual excellence.
• Design high-impact assets including campaign concepts, landing pages, social content, ads, and printed collaterals.
• Translate complex medical and educational concepts into accessible and engaging visuals for students and physicians.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product Design, and Market teams to align creative work with business strategy.
• Lead creative direction on key projects and mentor junior designers to raise overall quality standards.
• Experiment with new storytelling approaches and optimize workflows to strengthen the hirify.global brand.

Requirements

• Expertise in visual design with a strong portfolio covering digital and print marketing.
• Mastery of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Deep understanding of branding and storytelling with the ability to adapt visuals for diverse audiences.
• Experience collaborating with marketing, product, and content teams to achieve business goals.
• Ability to simplify complex technical topics into clear, user-centered designs.
• Strong project ownership and leadership skills, including experience mentoring others.
