What you will do

• Lead and grow a team of brand and experiential designers, fostering a culture of craft and high output.
• Own creative direction for event design systems, environmental graphics, keynote concepts, and brand activations.
• Define strategic creative visions in partnership with Brand Studio leadership and the Experiential Creative Director.
• Develop and maintain scalable experiential design frameworks and standards for global use.
• Manage relationships with external agencies, contractors, and production studios to ensure quality delivery.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product marketing, product design, and executive communications teams.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 10+ years of relevant design experience, including 3+ years of experience managing and growing design teams.
• Proven track record of creative direction for high-profile brand experiences and global events.
• Deep expertise in environmental graphics, stage/scenic design, and digital/physical brand integration.
• Proficiency in Figma, Keynote, Adobe Creative Cloud, and AI tools.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to present and defend creative decisions to senior leadership.
