Salary: $147,760 - $240,110

What you will do

• Lead operator monitoring system programs across multiple machines, ensuring alignment with strategy and architecture.
• Translate product requirements into actionable milestones, roadmaps, and execution plans.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and risks across the full program lifecycle.
• Drive cross-team collaboration and remove blockers for complex hardware-software integrations.
• Run program reviews, stakeholder meetings, and customer demonstrations.
• Mentor team members and contribute to the team's vision and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Must be based in Mossville, IL (onsite role).
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or computer science.
• Proven experience in Technical Program Management, preferably in robotics or autonomous vehicles.
• Strong technical background in complex hardware-software systems and NPI leadership.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage release schedules.
• Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
