Location: Must work onsite full-time in Mossville, Illinois.
Salary: $147,760 - $240,110

What you will do
- Lead operator monitoring system programs across multiple machines, ensuring alignment with strategy and architecture.
- Translate product requirements into actionable milestones, roadmaps, and execution plans.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and risks across the full program lifecycle.
- Drive cross-team collaboration and remove blockers for complex hardware-software integrations.
- Run program reviews, stakeholder meetings, and customer demonstrations.
- Mentor team members and contribute to the team's vision and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Must be based in Mossville, IL (onsite role).
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or computer science.
- Proven experience in Technical Program Management, preferably in robotics or autonomous vehicles.
- Strong technical background in complex hardware-software systems and NPI leadership.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage release schedules.
- Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
Nice to have
- Advanced degree in engineering or computer science.
- Experience with verification and validation of safety-critical software.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
