Manager, Insurance Product Market Research (Healthcare)

Salary: $111,034 - $161,925 per year

What you will do

• Conduct primary and secondary market research to drive insurance product strategy and decision-making.
• Analyze healthcare market trends, consumer behaviors, and competitor activities.
• Develop strategic insights, dashboards, and presentations for cross-functional partners.
• Manage competitive intelligence gathering and maintain market intelligence databases.
• Perform consumer segmentation and opportunity assessments.
• Support qualitative and quantitative research projects, including surveys and interviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, economics, healthcare administration, public health, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in market analytics, competitive intelligence, or healthcare strategy.
• Must reside in one of the approved US states (AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, MI, NV, NJ, NY, NC, OH, PA, TX, or VA).
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare or health insurance environments.
• Familiarity with ACA and QHP markets and industry trends.
• Proficiency with SQL and Excel for data manipulation.
• Knowledge of R and/or Python for data analysis.
• Experience working within large matrixed organizations.
