Senior Analyst

Location: Hybrid in Kadıköy, Istanbul, Türkiye

What you will do

• Analyze business, market, operational, and performance data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and new revenue models.
• Build reports, commercial models, pricing analyses, proposals, and client-facing materials for pharma, provider, and partner opportunities.
• Support executive-level client and partner meetings, including preparation, follow-ups, pipeline tracking, and deal progression.
• Prepare briefing notes, slide decks, and supporting materials for the CEO, co-founders, executives, investors, and external partners.
• Own cross-functional workstreams across Operations, Product, Finance, Commercial, and Clinical teams.
• Research oncology, clinical trials, healthcare innovation, competitors, markets, and adjacent business models for leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, economics, business, statistics, or another highly analytical field.
• At least 3 years of full-time experience in management or strategy consulting, investment banking, corporate development, or corporate strategy.
• Demonstrated progression and promotion in previous roles.
• Strong business acumen, analytical ability, commercial judgment, and attention to detail.
• Ability to facilitate meetings, work with senior stakeholders, manage commercial targets, and take client-facing responsibility.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
