Location: Hybrid (New York, NY) - Must work from the office four days per week
Salary: $150,000 - $180,000 + equity

What you will do
- Lead the daily, weekly, and quarterly business rhythm for Customer Success, ensuring alignment with Sales and Product.
- Develop analyses, dashboards, and KPI frameworks to track card spend, marketplace utilization, and AI adoption.
- Design and optimize scalable workflows, segmentation, and reporting processes to improve GDR and NDR.
- Own the annual and quarterly planning processes, including budgeting and organizational priorities.
- Translate data insights into pragmatic recommendations and measurable business outcomes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in high-growth tech, specifically in CS Ops, Sales Ops, or RevOps.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience building dashboards with tools like Tableau or Sigma.
- Must be based in New York, NY for a hybrid work schedule (4 days in-office).
- Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to turn data into actionable business outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
Nice to have
- Experience from an investment banking or strategy consulting analyst/associate program.
- Experience supporting high-velocity SMB segments or healthcare environments.
