What you will do

• Supervise and direct maintenance staff, monitoring performance and ensuring efficient completion of service requests.
• Implement and manage the preventative maintenance program, including scheduling and parts procurement.
• Provide training and supervision to expand the capabilities of the operations staff.
• Coordinate contracted maintenance work and ensure the safe storage and disposal of hazardous materials.
• Manage the operational inventory of tools and supplies, including submitting purchase-order requests.
• Lead the engineering team to operate machinery and systems safely, efficiently, and cost-effectively.

Requirements

• Must be based in Lawrenceville, GA.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• 5+ years of related work experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Certification as a Universal Technician for CFCs (or within 90 days of employment).
• Working knowledge of computer applications including Word and Excel.
• Operating Engineers license (SMA) or equivalent preferred.
