Location: Must be based in or able to commute to the Auburndale, MA office (Hybrid: 3+ days/week in-office)

Salary: $50,000–$63,000

What you will do

• Support the administration and processing of sales commissions using Xactly Incent.
• Validate and load sales performance data from multiple sources.
• Reconcile and consolidate legacy commission plans into unified structures.
• Identify and resolve commission discrepancies and respond to sales representative inquiries.
• Participate in testing new or updated plans in Xactly to ensure accuracy.
• Document processes and contribute to SOPs during system transitions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or equivalent experience.
• Strong attention to detail and proficiency in Excel.
• Proactive, independent problem-solving mentality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be based in the Auburndale, MA area for hybrid office attendance.

Nice to have

• Experience with commissions, payroll, or RevOps.
• Exposure to Xactly, Salesforce, or other sales/finance systems.
