AEM Project Manager (Scrum Master)

What you will do

• Facilitate core Scrum ceremonies including standups, planning, refinement, and retrospectives.
• Translate project briefs into actionable delivery plans and refined Jira stories.
• Manage cross-functional dependencies between UX/UI, content, and engineering teams.
• Maintain Jira hygiene and provide visibility into project health, risks, and velocity.
• Coordinate web content production and publishing schedules within Adobe Experience Manager.
• Ensure stakeholder alignment through clear communication and regular progress reporting.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Scrum Master in a digital/web delivery environment.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Proficiency in Agile workflows and Jira.
• Knowledge of SEO, web analytics, and content strategy.
• Must be eligible to work as an independent contractor (US applicants require an LLC, C-Corp, or S-Corp).
• Fluent English proficiency for direct client communication.
