What you will do

• Lead AI communications strategy leveraging Copilot AI Agents, Copilot Studio, and emerging AI tools.
• Spearhead development of AI-enabled, human-inspected agentic workflows to improve business communication efficiency.
• Integrate technology platforms including SharePoint and Adobe to enhance onboarding and communications.
• Manage project scope, quality, schedule, budget, and risks from initiation through delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain strong stakeholder and client management.
• Develop detailed work plans, project estimates, and status reports.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA (indicated by 401k and state-mandated benefits).
• Proven experience in project management, coordinating teams from initiation to delivery.
• Technical proficiency with Copilot AI Agents and Copilot Studio.
• Experience identifying automation opportunities to accelerate speed to market.
• Ability to align with US business hours (8a-4p or 9a-5p).
