What you will do

• Stand up projects end-to-end, defining scope, objectives, success metrics, and governance models.
• Maintain project governance artifacts including charters, RACI, RAID, and decision logs.
• Lead cross-functional teams across business, technology, and vendors to align on shared outcomes.
• Manage integrated project plans, milestones, dependencies, and critical paths.
• Facilitate governance forums and provide concise executive reporting on business impact and risks.
• Oversee project closure, including knowledge transfer and transition to operations.

Requirements

• 5-6 years of hands-on technical project management experience.
• Experience delivering complex technology projects within a consulting or agency environment.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).
• Deep expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Strong ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• PMP or CSM certifications.
• Experience in fast-moving startup environments or digital agencies.
