What you will do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer and partner inquiries.
- Manage and prioritize incoming support requests and operational tasks.
- Investigate and troubleshoot customer issues, escalating complex matters as needed.
- Monitor customer workflows to proactively identify and resolve potential issues.
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and reduce manual work.
- Contribute to scalable processes and maintain high-quality documentation.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States, Canada, or the Philippines
- 2–4 years of experience in customer support, operations, or benefits administration.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive mindset with a strong commitment to customer experience.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting employee benefits, insurance, or HR technology.
- Familiarity with eligibility and enrollment workflows.
- Experience creating SOPs and process documentation.
- Proficiency with HubSpot, Rippling, or Notion.
- Previous experience in high-growth startup environments.
