What you will do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer and partner inquiries.
  • Manage and prioritize incoming support requests and operational tasks.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot customer issues, escalating complex matters as needed.
  • Monitor customer workflows to proactively identify and resolve potential issues.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and reduce manual work.
  • Contribute to scalable processes and maintain high-quality documentation.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States, Canada, or the Philippines
  • 2–4 years of experience in customer support, operations, or benefits administration.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive mindset with a strong commitment to customer experience.

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting employee benefits, insurance, or HR technology.
  • Familiarity with eligibility and enrollment workflows.
  • Experience creating SOPs and process documentation.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot, Rippling, or Notion.
  • Previous experience in high-growth startup environments.
