TL;DR

Customer Experience Intern (Fintech): Supporting the customer experience function by managing support tickets and investigating transaction issues with an accent on internal operations and documentation. Focus on learning stablecoin transaction flows and collaborating with product and engineering teams to resolve customer challenges.

Location: Remote (Optional office presence in Des Moines, IA)

What you will do

  • Monitor and triage customer support tickets using internal tools.
  • Investigate pending or failed transactions to identify root causes and escalate issues.
  • Guide customers toward appropriate resources and documentation.
  • Create and maintain internal runbooks to improve team efficiency.
  • Identify recurring patterns to help improve the overall customer experience.

Requirements

  • Prior customer-facing experience in any capacity (retail, service, IT helpdesk, etc.).
  • Strong sense of empathy and ownership when resolving customer issues.
  • Willingness to learn new tools and operate in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be available for a 3-month paid internship.

Nice to have

  • Genuine curiosity or academic background in Web3, crypto, or financial technology.
