What you will do

  • Create and iterate on high-impact marquee events and always-on revenue programs tied to ARR growth and pipeline generation.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a dedicated team of four enablement professionals.
  • Orchestrate alignment between Product, Marketing, and the CRO organization to ensure GTM consistency.
  • Build and launch comprehensive GTM enablement programs, including scalable sales plays and targeted content series.
  • Design and maintain a rigorous reporting framework to track program ROI and ARR impact.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure programs reflect the latest product innovations and market positioning.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of progressive leadership experience spanning marketing, sales, and sales enablement.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling GTM enablement programs and actionable sales plays.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS metrics and ARR drivers.
  • Experience managing and developing direct reports.
  • Exceptional ability to partner with and influence Product and Marketing organizations.
  • Must be based in the United States (specifically mentioning IL, CA, CO, NY, WA for salary bands).
