What you will do
- Develop and execute a comprehensive growth plan based on deep analysis of Shopify store data and customer insights.
- Direct and unify the efforts of the content creator, newsletter specialist, and SEO/Google Ads specialist.
- Manage day-to-day customer service and review engagement to maintain strong brand connections.
- Oversee inventory management and production forecasting using AI-driven tools.
- Report directly to the founder on progress against revenue targets and strategic goals.
Requirements
- Must be based in the Philippines or South Africa.
- Proven hands-on track record in growing a D2C brand through website, social, and email channels.
- Senior-level experience capable of directing contributors without heavy oversight.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to solve problems independently.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on goal-oriented reporting.
- Ability to balance high-level strategy with daily hands-on execution.
