What you will do

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive growth plan based on deep analysis of Shopify store data and customer insights.
  • Direct and unify the efforts of the content creator, newsletter specialist, and SEO/Google Ads specialist.
  • Manage day-to-day customer service and review engagement to maintain strong brand connections.
  • Oversee inventory management and production forecasting using AI-driven tools.
  • Report directly to the founder on progress against revenue targets and strategic goals.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the Philippines or South Africa.
  • Proven hands-on track record in growing a D2C brand through website, social, and email channels.
  • Senior-level experience capable of directing contributors without heavy oversight.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to solve problems independently.
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on goal-oriented reporting.
  • Ability to balance high-level strategy with daily hands-on execution.
