What you will do

• Manage and grow brand presence on Reddit and other industry-relevant communities.
• Drive review acquisition and coordinate responses across key platforms.
• Execute backlink building and co-marketing efforts within the NetSuite ecosystem.
• Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Specialist on AEO and SEO strategies.
• Partner with the Customer Education Specialist to amplify customer success stories.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in digital, inbound, SEO, or content marketing.
• Foundational knowledge of SEO principles, including keyword research and link building.
• Strong written communication skills tailored for diverse platforms.
• Strong project management and organizational capabilities.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Jacksonville, FL.
