What you will do

• Identify and evaluate influencers aligned with brand values, target audiences, and business goals.
• Build and maintain positive long-term relationships with influencers to ensure ongoing collaboration.
• Coordinate the end-to-end gifting process, including shipment management and delivery tracking.
• Monitor influencer activities to ensure timely posting and alignment with campaign guidelines.
• Gather and organize influencer-generated content for use across brand marketing channels.
• Analyze gifting campaign results (reach, engagement) to inform and optimize future strategies.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or related roles.
• Must be based in the Philippines.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, influencer trends, and content creation best practices.
• Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple relationships and logistics simultaneously.
• Proficiency in tracking and analyzing campaign performance metrics.
• Ability to adapt and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
