What you will do

• Manage and nurture 25–30 client accounts across various industries.
• Serve as the main point of contact for client queries, status updates, and feedback.
• Coordinate with the internal delivery team to ensure on-time project deliverables.
• Prioritize requests based on impact and team capacity to avoid specialist overload.
• Track campaign performance data and provide clear reports and recommendations based on analytics.
• Oversee project timelines and task flow in ClickUp to maintain transparency and accountability.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Account Manager, Client Success Manager, or related role.
• Experience working in digital marketing agencies is required.
• Fluent English (oral and written).
• Proficiency with organizational tools and CRMs (e.g., ClickUp, GoHighLevel).
• Solid understanding of digital marketing fundamentals: web design, SEO, and Google Ads.
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills with attention to detail.
