Salary: $228,000 – $290,000

What you will do
- Design and evolve cloud infrastructure platforms including networking, IAM, Kubernetes, and observability for multi-tenant and multi-cloud environments.
- Build and manage modular Terraform platforms, reusable infrastructure abstractions, and golden paths for developer enablement.
- Implement secure-by-default cloud practices to ensure SoC2 and HIPAA compliance.
- Develop CI/CD pipelines, branching strategies, and self-service platform workflows to maximize engineering velocity.
- Drive improvements in observability, incident response, and SLO-driven reliability practices across the organization.
- Mentor the engineering team on cloud-native strategies and represent the company in the global platform engineering community.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software and infrastructure engineering experience in cloud-first organizations.
- Expertise in designing and operating large-scale Kubernetes platforms (ArgoCD, Istio, etc.).
- Deep proficiency in building scalable IaC platforms using Terraform.
- Experience implementing and securing services in Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Proficiency in backend languages such as Python, Go, Node, or Rust.
- Must be based in or able to work from San Francisco or New York City.
