What you will do
- Provide operational support and systems management for corporate applications including Workday, DocuSign, and Greenhouse.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders on new system implementations and integrations.
- Develop and maintain integrations with Workday, including requirements gathering, configuration, and testing.
- Track and document incidents and service requests within the ITSM system.
- Contribute to the development of SOPs and knowledge base documentation.
- Ensure all systems remain stable, secure, and compliant with IT policies.
Requirements
- BS degree with at least 2 years of relevant IT experience.
- Must be based in or able to commute to Bridgewater, NJ.
- Understanding of corporate functions such as HR, Legal, and Compliance.
- Knowledge of SDLC and Computer Systems Validation (CSV).
- Experience with enterprise applications and ticketing systems like ServiceNow or Jira.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including SharePoint and Teams.
