What you will do

• Provide operational support and systems management for corporate applications including Workday, DocuSign, and Greenhouse.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders on new system implementations and integrations.
• Develop and maintain integrations with Workday, including requirements gathering, configuration, and testing.
• Track and document incidents and service requests within the ITSM system.
• Contribute to the development of SOPs and knowledge base documentation.
• Ensure all systems remain stable, secure, and compliant with IT policies.

Requirements

• BS degree with at least 2 years of relevant IT experience.
• Must be based in or able to commute to Bridgewater, NJ.
• Understanding of corporate functions such as HR, Legal, and Compliance.
• Knowledge of SDLC and Computer Systems Validation (CSV).
• Experience with enterprise applications and ticketing systems like ServiceNow or Jira.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including SharePoint and Teams.
