What you will do

• Define and drive the product roadmap for global payment capabilities, including pay-ins, payouts, and settlement.
• Evaluate, select, and manage relationships with global payment partners and vendors.
• Lead end-to-end product requirements for API-based partner integrations and payment method enablement.
• Optimize payment performance metrics such as conversion rates, processing speed, and cost-to-serve.
• Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, and Legal teams to ensure global regulatory adherence.
• Translate complex market and operational needs into scalable product requirements.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience, with significant focus on payments or fintech infrastructure.
• Deep expertise in global payment rails, FX, cross-border money movement, and payment operations.
• Proven track record of managing external payment partners and leading complex technical integrations.
• Strong understanding of risk, AML, KYC/KYB, and global regulatory frameworks.
• Experience working closely with engineering teams on API design, data flows, and system reliability.
• Ability to operate strategically while driving detailed execution in a fast-paced environment.
