What you will do

• Produce high-level industry conference programmes and manage speaker databases.
• Liaise with global professionals, institutions, and companies to confirm expert speakers.
• Conduct deep market research and tele-research to develop new conference ideas.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sponsorship teams to create creative briefs and generate leads.
• Mentor junior conference producers and perform post-show job title analysis.
• Manage on-site speaker coordination and the order of show during events.

Requirements

• Extensive proven experience in conference production within the finance and fintech sectors.
• Demonstrated success in delivering tracks and budgets for large-scale events.
• Good understanding of the KSA market, ideally with exposure to government entities.
• Ability to deliver results under pressure in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
• No relocation or sponsorship support available for this position.

Nice to have

• Experience in research-based roles.
• Sales experience, including pitching and closing proposals.
• Journalism skills, specifically copywriting and editing.
