What you will do

• Develop and evolve the AWS-Snowflake GTM strategy, focusing on pipeline creation and co-sell velocity.
• Lead field-level co-sell engagement, enabling Snowflake and AWS sellers to collaborate on active deals.
• Drive adoption and optimization of AWS Partner Central and AWS Marketplace for deal registration and incentives.
• Manage senior-level engagements across AWS field sales and industry teams to shape strategic direction.
• Align Snowflake solution plays with AWS industry priorities to ensure coordinated messaging.
• Develop scalable enablement motions, including playbooks and joint value messaging for field teams.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience, with 5+ years specifically in Cloud Provider ISV alliance management.
• Deep, hands-on experience with the AWS ecosystem, including Marketplace and Partner Central.
• Proven ability to work directly with field sales at the individual account level.
• Demonstrated success navigating a complex, matrixed global organization.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA strongly preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 25% as needed.
