What you will do

• Manage litigated contents claims involving disputed ownership, valuation, and coverage.
• Analyze deposition transcripts and legal documents to synthesize information for valuation reports.
• Correspond with adjusters and attorneys regarding new assignments and case progress.
• Monitor litigation deadlines, court requirements, and attorney requests to ensure compliance.
• Create custom Excel reports with multiple settlement scenarios and prepare narrative summaries.
• Research and review pricing to ensure high-quality, defensible valuation outcomes.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in contents claims, personal property valuation, or litigation support.
• Strong understanding of homeowners insurance coverage, policy interpretation, and claims practices.
• Knowledge of litigation processes, discovery procedures, mediation, and arbitration.
• Ability to analyze large volumes of claim documentation with high attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for professional interaction with attorneys and insureds.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
