Salary: $90,000 - $115,000 yearly

What you will do

• Manage and mentor a team of material desk auditors, total loss adjusters, salvage specialists, and field appraisers.
• Oversee claims adjudication processes to ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
• Perform team member audits and manage workload leveling to optimize cycle times.
• Develop and maintain systems for tow and storage surveys to ensure reasonable charge assessments.
• Collaborate with Human Resources regarding personnel actions, attendance, and performance evaluations.
• Provide feedback to management on process improvements and system initiatives.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in the Property and Casualty insurance industry.
• Extensive experience in vehicle estimating and handling property damage claims.
• Must be based in one of the specified US states (AL, AZ, CA, FL, GA, HI, IN, KS, LA, MI, MO, MS, NV, NJ, NY, NC, OK, OH, PA, TN, TX, or WI).
• Strong managerial skills with the ability to lead and develop a direct-report team.
• Proficiency in Windows and MS Office products with strong keyboard skills.
• Ability to pass a background check and work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
