What you will do

• Develop and execute test plans, procedures, and protocols for new and existing circuit protection devices.
• Perform high-voltage electrical and short-circuit testing to evaluate product safety and durability.
• Analyze test data and waveforms to generate comprehensive technical reports.
• Provide technical feedback to product development teams during design reviews.
• Maintain test equipment, safety procedures, and risk assessments for high-voltage labs.
• Lead the design and implementation of lab improvements as a technical subject matter expert.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of professional experience.
• Deep knowledge of electrical circuit design and data acquisition.
• Hands-on experience with oscilloscopes, multimeters, and power electronics.
• Ability to diagnose and repair electrical setups and circuits.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
