TL;DR

Senior Event Marketer (Events/ABM): Own end-to-end planning, logistics, and execution of owned and third-party events, with an accent on connecting every experience to pipeline outcomes and measuring impact through analytics. Focus on building high-quality stakeholder and vendor relationships, running pre- and post-event campaigns, and managing multiple programs across markets while traveling domestically to deliver on-site experiences.

Salary: $156K–$180K base + equity

What you will do

  • Own the full lifecycle of events—from concept and budget planning through execution and post-event follow-up—across owned and third-party events (trade shows, executive forums, owned events).
  • Partner with commercial teams to align event programs to account priorities and revenue goals, tying experiences to pipeline outcomes.
  • Build and manage relationships with vendors, agencies, healthcare associations, and industry groups to deliver high-quality brand experiences.
  • Drive event measurement and analytics, reporting insights to senior stakeholders and refining strategy.
  • Support pre- and post-event email campaigns, social media storytelling, and ABM-informed engagement to nurture leads and deepen relationships.
  • Manage multiple event programs across markets and timelines with operational rigor and attention to detail.

Requirements

  • 6–8 years of event planning experience in a corporate or high-growth startup environment with a proven end-to-end execution track record.
  • Strong commercial mindset and experience working with sales teams to drive pipeline through events.
  • Experience with both owned events and third-party conference strategy, from executive dinners to large-scale conferences.
  • Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) and executive engagement strategies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across functions and clearly articulate plans and results.
  • Willingness to travel domestically for events.
