TL;DR

Location: Must be based in the United States, with a strong preference for candidates in the San Francisco Bay Area who can attend in-person Work Together Days.

Salary: $180,000–$215,000 per year.

What you will do

  • Own consumer acquisition and growth for the direct-to-consumer business, specifically the GLP-1 funnel.
  • Build and execute a high-velocity experimentation engine to optimize landing, onboarding, and conversion.
  • Define and track key growth metrics to drive data-informed product decisions.
  • Expand the product mandate from acquisition into long-term member engagement and retention.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, analytics, and clinical teams to ship features.
  • Integrate AI tools into the product roadmap and internal workflows to improve efficiency and care quality.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience, specifically with consumer products and growth funnels.
  • Proven track record of shipping products and learning from production environments.
  • Deep fluency with data, including defining metrics and designing experiments.
  • Strong technical depth to collaborate effectively with engineering on architecture and tradeoffs.
  • Must be based in the United States with the ability to attend in-person collaboration days if located near a hub.
  • Customer-obsessed mindset with experience in user research and behavior analysis.

Nice to have

  • Experience in consumer health, telehealth, or other highly regulated industries.
  • Experience taking a 0-to-1 product from initial launch to product-market fit.
