Salary: $160,000 – $215,000

What you will do

• Own the Customer Insights product area end-to-end, including strategy, roadmap development, prioritization, and execution.
• Define and evolve the underlying usage data architecture to ensure data quality, scalability, and alignment with business metrics.
• Design and enhance reporting, dashboards, audit logs, and API experiences for enterprise administrators and executives.
• Drive the vision and implementation of AI-powered insights, including natural language interactions and proactive analytics.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to translate product insights into compelling customer growth narratives.
• Partner with adjacent product teams to ensure seamless integration across identity management, security, and compliance domains.

Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience.
• 2+ years building analytics, reporting, business intelligence, or data-driven products for business users.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Expertise in data products, including data modeling, instrumentation strategies, and analytical frameworks.
• Experience developing AI-enabled products and understanding of AI-native user experiences.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience building enterprise administration, governance, identity management, or security-related products.
• Background in business intelligence platforms or data-focused product solutions.
• Experience designing customer-facing APIs for analytics, reporting, or data access use cases.
