What you will do

• Manage weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasting for Acquisition and Expansion sales teams.
• Lead pipeline governance, defining stage-gate criteria and identifying coverage gaps.
• Design territories and set quotas based on capacity, market opportunity, and historical performance.
• Build executive dashboards for business performance and forward-looking insights.
• Conduct root-cause analysis on performance gaps such as win rates and deal slippage.
• Drive annual planning, including bottoms-up capacity modeling and scenario planning.

Requirements

• 7+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Strategy & Planning.
• Direct people management experience.
• Deep fluency in Salesforce (reporting, dashboards, workflow logic).
• Strong quantitative skills in pipeline modeling and forecasting methodology.
• Track record of building executive-ready narratives for VP/SVP-level audiences.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
