What you will do

• Load and maintain group information and benefit files.
• Provide support activities to Account Managers and Sales Executives.
• Resolve benefit inquiries from producers, sales reps, and small market clients.
• Handle error management and ensure data files are corrected.
• Coordinate the implementation of new products, group changes, and benefit enhancements.
• Assist with the training of new employees.

Requirements

• 1+ years of relevant, progressive experience in account support or a similar specialization.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be based in Pennsylvania to accommodate frequent physical work site requirements.
• Proficiency in systems used for client quoting, maintenance, and implementation.
• Strong written and verbal communication and problem-solving skills.
