Salary: $88,000 - $118,000

What you will do
- Lead client projects through all phases: sales, planning, design, implementation, testing, deployment, training, and support.
- Architect and develop D365 CRM solutions based on client requirements.
- Conduct analysis and design sessions to capture functional and technical requirements across sales, marketing, service, and operations.
- Configure, test, and deploy D365 CRM solutions and integrations.
- Manage project work plans, risks, scope changes, and client communications.
- Assign tasks, review work, and participate in business development as a subject matter expert.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
- 5+ years in professional services or industry focused on technical solutions.
- 4+ years with Microsoft D365 CRM implementations.
- 2+ years project management experience.
- Expert knowledge of D365 CRM modules: Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Project Operations, Marketing.
- Experience defining business requirements, managing processes, and client relationships.
Nice to have
- Experience with D365 CRM in Construction/Real Estate, Nonprofit, or Manufacturing.
- Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA, DevOps.
