What you will do

• Perform hands-on administration, monitoring, and troubleshooting for Zuora Billing, Zuora RevPro, and Intacct.
• Resolve invoicing, subscription, and integration issues while adhering to defined SLAs.
• Manage system access and configuration changes with proper documentation and approval.
• Identify root causes for operational inefficiencies and propose system improvements.
• Execute testing for new implementations and scheduled system releases.
• Create and maintain comprehensive systems documentation, including requirements and test scripts.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Austin, TX metro area for hybrid office attendance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or MIS.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Zuora Billing and/or Zuora Revenue.
• Strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash operations.
• Experience using Zuora Workflows for automation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• 5+ years of experience as a Zuora Administrator.
• Experience working with Salesforce.
• Experience working with Intacct.
