Salary: $68,300 – $85,400 USD (based on location).

What you will do
- Handle dispute intake and resolution processes, including pre-arbitration, arbitration, and ACH disputes.
- Review and assess user-provided information to determine the validity of filed disputes.
- Manage high-volume caseloads within established service level agreements.
- Submit chargebacks to Mastercard as needed.
- Document rationale for risk decisions with supporting evidence.
- Identify opportunities to improve process observability, scalability, and efficiency.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States.
- 2–5+ years of experience in customer support or investigations.
- Experience in banking, fintech, or financial services.
- Familiarity with managing customer-facing queues and CRM tools like Zendesk.
- Understanding of banking products such as ACH, wires, SWIFT, and cards.
- Ability to work in a high-risk environment under minimal supervision.
Nice to have
- Direct experience with card scheme chargeback rules (Visa or Mastercard).
- Experience with escalation handling.
