What you will do

• Own and manage prioritized product backlogs for In-Cab AI Assistant capabilities, including epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria in Azure DevOps.
• Define business value, scope boundaries, non-functional requirements, and success criteria; continuously refine and prioritize based on customer feedback and dependencies.
• Partner with Engineering, Architecture, UX, Validation, Commercial, and Machine teams to run requirements workshops, architecture reviews, and backlog grooming.
• Drive AI product development for machine-aware operator experiences: cloud/edge integration, voice-first contextual assistance, display navigation, fault/event interpretation, and operator coaching.
• Support customer and early-learner feedback loops to translate field insights into backlog priorities and roadmap recommendations.
• Track and mitigate delivery risks, issues, blockers, and dependencies; participate in sprint/release planning and provide executive-ready status updates.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Owner, Product Management, Business Analyst, or related experience.
• Experience working in Agile product development environments and managing complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Proven ability to translate customer, business, and operational needs into actionable product requirements, prioritized backlogs, and delivery plans.
• Strong backlog management and requirements definition skills, including designing and evaluating acceptance tests (UAT).
• Experience with Azure DevOps and Agile/Scrum or SAFe methodologies.
• Ability to facilitate technical and business discussions and influence without direct authority.

Nice to have

• Experience with Generative AI, AI Assistants, voice and conversational AI, LLMs, or agentic AI solutions.
• Experience with connected products, IoT, embedded systems, industrial equipment, automotive, or telematics platforms.
• Experience in safety-critical environments and familiarity with heavy equipment and machine control systems.
