Salary: $78,000–$89,000 (base salary range)

What you will do
- Manage the full lifecycle of digital deals: media plan creation, order entry in the order management system, campaign optimizations, deal reporting, and billing support.
- Build and maintain KPI-driven digital media plans with budget summaries to track deal health.
- Oversee campaign trafficking and creative asset collection/delivery, pacing, optimizations, and client reporting in collaboration with Campaign Management.
- Advise Sales and clients on integrating proprietary digital media offerings (data, video, social, and new products) into advertising and marketing programs.
- Handle campaign modifications (incremental spends, cancellations, targeting, flight date revisions) and recommend optimizations based on performance.
- Coordinate billing inputs by providing billable delivery data and contribute to campaign wrap decks with final reporting and insights.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum 2–3+ years of relevant professional experience, with Sales or account management support in digital advertising preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate and present recommendations.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills for external client-facing and internal collaboration.
- Strong attention to detail, solutions-oriented mindset, and ability to manage multiple deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and proactively while collaborating in a team environment.
