What you will do

• Partner with engineering leadership to define and execute a unified infrastructure roadmap and operational standards.
• Drive the evolution toward cloud-native, containerized, and highly orchestrated environments.
• Lead developer productivity engineering to reduce cycle times across build, test, and deployment workflows.
• Scale and mentor a distributed team of engineering managers and technical leaders.
• Optimize core data and messaging layers for global scale and reliability.
• Champion a high-trust culture that encourages experimentation and technical excellence.

Requirements

• 10+ years in software engineering with at least 5+ years of experience managing teams (managing through managers).
• Proven expertise in the architecture and operation of large-scale, cloud-native SaaS infrastructure.
• Strong proficiency with containerization, orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes), and infrastructure-as-code.
• Experience optimizing global performance and security using edge platforms like Cloudflare.
• Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders across distributed global teams.
• Must be based in the United States.
