What you will do
- Define and own the long-term technical strategy for the Bridge platform, including billing, IAM, data, and operations.
- Lead and grow a multi-disciplinary organization of 30+ engineers and managers.
- Anticipate infrastructure requirements 12–18 months ahead of product demand to ensure scalability and reliability.
- Partner with Finance, Product, Legal, and Go-to-Market teams to enable complex enterprise business models.
- Champion engineering excellence, including API-first design, zero-trust security, and microservices architecture.
- Drive compliance initiatives such as SOX, PCI DSS, and GDPR across all platform domains.
Requirements
- 12+ years of engineering experience, including at least 3 years in an executive-level leadership role (VP or equivalent).
- Proven track record of leading platform or infrastructure organizations of 20+ engineers across multiple domains.
- Deep background in distributed systems, cloud-native architecture, and platform engineering at scale.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate technical capabilities into measurable business outcomes.
- Hands-on expertise in at least two of the following: billing/payments, IAM, data engineering, developer infrastructure, or platform operations.
- Experience with B2B SaaS business models and enterprise procurement dynamics.
Nice to have
- Experience at high-growth developer tools, infrastructure software, or open-source companies.
- Familiarity with container technologies, Kubernetes, or cloud-native development ecosystems.
- Track record of successful large-scale system migrations or platform modernization programs.
