TL;DR

Marketing Operations Manager (AI): Building and optimizing scalable marketing systems and workflows with an accent on AI integration, process design, and automation. What you will do

  • Embed across marketing functions to identify and solve operational bottlenecks.
  • Design and deploy automated workflows using n8n, Hookdeck, and Claude Code.
  • Own the marketing operating rhythm, including campaign intake, planning, and performance reporting.
  • Partner with Business Intelligence to improve data infrastructure and executive reporting.
  • Manage improvement initiatives from diagnosis to implementation, including team training.
  • Standardize the marketing technology stack and operational best practices.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Latin America.
  • Proven experience in Marketing Operations, CRM Operations, or Growth Operations.
  • Hands-on experience with no-code/low-code automation platforms like n8n, Make, or Zapier.
  • Experience using AI-powered development tools such as Claude Code.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to connect operational improvements to business outcomes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience implementing AI-powered workflows in marketing organizations.
  • Background in high-growth startups or omnichannel consumer brands.
  • Experience partnering with Data or Business Intelligence teams.
  • Deep understanding of CRM lifecycle management and campaign operations.
