What you will do

• Lead the team responsible for implementing new eligibility and claims data integration feeds.
• Oversee in-depth data analysis and error reporting to validate feed performance.
• Collaborate with external partners like health insurance carriers and TPAs to gather requirements and map files.
• Drive continuous improvement of internal tools, documentation, and implementation processes.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and ensure seamless data flow for new clients.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States as we are unable to sponsor employment visas.
• 3–7 years of experience with healthcare data, specifically eligibility and claims file formats (e.g., EDI 834, 837).
• Proven track record in project and people leadership.
• Familiarity with data integration protocols including SFTP, encryption standards, and file mapping.
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration with external partners.
