TL;DR

Procurement Generalist (Indirect Procurement): Supporting spend & contract analysis, cost modeling, vendor management, and corporate cards and corporate travel to protect financial and operational interests with an accent on high-volume procurement execution and measurable savings/value-add delivery. Focus on overflow support for Indirect Procurement leaders, PO approvals in NetSuite, and reporting/planning that improves procurement processes and informs procurement strategy.

What you will do

  • Analyze vendor spend and account records and take subsequent action as needed.
  • Support commercial negotiations to achieve optimal pricing, terms, and service levels.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Information Security, Legal, and other stakeholders for operational risk reviews and contract execution.
  • Identify, track, and report savings and value-add opportunities from strategic procurement activities.
  • Approve POs in NetSuite (or comparable systems) to ensure purchases align with negotiated agreements, policies, and processes.
  • Lead stretch process-improvement initiatives, define business requirements with stakeholders, and translate them into procurement strategy; deliver planned and ad hoc procurement reports.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of professional experience, including at least 1 year in purchasing, procurement, or sourcing.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office and ERP platforms (NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle) to support procurement processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate data, identify opportunities, and support decision-making.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
