What you will do

• Manage the full procurement cycle, including strategic sourcing and contract negotiations for IT and SaaS vendors.
• Oversee financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting, including OPEX/CAPEX management.
• Implement FinOps practices to optimize cloud costs across AWS and GCP environments.
• Handle accounts payable processes, including invoice workflows and 3-way matching.
• Maintain IT asset management systems to track hardware lifecycles and inventory.
• Collaborate with internal teams using Jira and Confluence to ensure operational compliance.

Requirements

• Russian: C1+ proficiency required.
• English: B2 proficiency required.
• Proven experience in the full procurement cycle and vendor management for IT/SaaS.
• Strong financial analysis skills with proficiency in budget management and forecasting.
• Deep understanding of FinOps, cloud cost structures, and IT asset management.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and experience with ERP systems.
