What you will do

• Coordinate purchasing activities and implement procurement strategies across the organization.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing processes including tenders, benchmarking, and supplier selection.
• Manage contract negotiations and facilitate approvals with Legal, Finance, and Data Protection teams.
• Maintain and develop the contract register and vendor master data in ERP systems.
• Provide weekly reporting on procurement activity and contract status.
• Consult internal stakeholders on S2C and P2P processes.

Requirements

• 3–4+ years of experience as a Procurement Specialist or Buyer.
• Solid understanding of end-to-end procurement and contract management.
• Practical experience with ERP and CLM systems.
• Strong stakeholder management skills for cross-functional coordination.
• Fluent English required.
• Detail-oriented approach to managing multiple parallel sourcing activities.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Consulting & People Services procurement categories.
• Proficiency in additional languages.
