Procurement Manager

Location: Must be based in Raleigh, North Carolina, USA (Hybrid: 2+ days/week in office)

Salary: $104,000 - $130,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage category spend across G&A, product, and engineering functions.
• Oversee the full vendor lifecycle including intake, review, redlining, and renewal.
• Validate invoices, resolve discrepancies, and manage payment processing exceptions.
• Administer the corporate purchasing card (P-Card) program and ensure policy compliance.
• Lead contract execution and vendor negotiations to ensure favorable terms.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, IT, HR, and Facilities teams to align procurement operations.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of procurement operations or support experience.
• Must be based in or able to commute to Raleigh, NC.
• Not eligible for visa sponsorship.
• Solid understanding of procure-to-pay processes and invoice validation.
• Experience with vendor relationship management and contract lifecycles.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with Zip, Tropic, NetSuite, or DocuSign.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and reporting tools.
