Salary: $75,000 – 100,000 per year

• Design slides, email headers, digital assets, infographics, toolkits, and guides.
• Create visual systems and templates for repeatable internal campaigns.
• Translate complex data and program details into simple visual narratives.
• Maintain consistency with brand and accessibility standards.
• Partner closely with writers and project managers on rapid-turn deliverables.

Requirements

• Strong experience in visual design, with a focus on editorial and systems-based design approaches.
• Experience designing for enterprise or internal communications programs.
• Ability to simplify content-heavy information into clear, effective visual formats.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and PowerPoint.
• Must reside in one of the specified US states.
• Occasional availability needed between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Pacific Time.
