Salary: $69,030 - $76,700 CAD

What you will do

• Develop and evolve a comprehensive brand book, documenting visual identity standards and guidelines.
• Conceptualize and create marketing campaigns, digital and social assets, and promotional materials.
• Develop video content, including sizzle reels, teaser videos, tutorials, and how-to demos.
• Design requests for proposal (RFPs) and presentation decks for business leaders.
• Create swag and design event collateral such as banners and booth kits.
• Ensure all designs are accessible and comply with W3C and AODA standards.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a graphic or visual designer in an advertising agency or in-house team.
• Degree, diploma, or certificate in graphic design or a related field.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design skills and conceptual thinking.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and After Effects.
• Experience in video creation, including simple animation and motion graphics.
• Must be based in the Greater Toronto Area for onsite requirements.

• Experience researching and leveraging emerging AI design tools to improve efficiency.
