What you will do

• Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistent visual identity across all channels.
• Design and maintain a suite of elevated sales assets, including pitch decks, one-pagers, and proposals.
• Create engaging social media graphics and reusable templates to support demand generation.
• Produce visuals for campaigns, product launches, and large-format event materials.
• Partner with corporate branding and web agencies to ensure cohesive brand expression.
• Manage fast-turnaround design requests, particularly for executive-level presentations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communication, or marketing.
• 5+ years of experience in graphic or brand design.
• Mandatory portfolio submission demonstrating B2B IT industry standards and enterprise-grade design.
• Expert proficiency in PowerPoint and Canva.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Demonstrated ability to work directly with C-level executives and manage tight, same-day or next-day deadlines.

Nice to have

• Background in healthcare or health IT environments.
• Working knowledge of Figma or similar prototyping tools.
