TL;DR

Designer, Growth (Graphic Design): Creating visually engaging presentations, pitch decks, and marketing materials with an accent on brand alignment and narrative flow. Focus on translating complex strategies into clear designs and maintaining brand guidelines across various digital and print media.

Location: Hybrid (Kansas City, MO). Teams are in the office an average of four days a week.

Salary: $45,000 — $90,000 USD

What you will do

• Design and develop visually engaging presentations, pitch decks, and other marketing materials.
• Conceptualize and design interactive elements to translate complex strategies into clear visuals.
• Maintain and evolve brand guidelines across all materials.
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary team members to ensure visual and narrative alignment.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously within a fast-paced environment.
• Stay current with the latest design trends and technologies.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a design role, preferably in an agency environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design skills and styles.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Expertise in presentation software such as Keynote, Google Slides, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Editorial and/or print production experience.
